Shipping Policy

I ship all orders from Norway using the reliable Norgespakke service from Posten. This ensures secure and trackable delivery for your printed sewing patterns, with typical delivery times ranging from 2-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary, and you will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sewing Patterns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your printed sewing pattern, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Custom or digital patterns are non-refundable. For assistance with your return, please contact our customer service team.

Fabric:

FLAW POLICY- We inspect the fabrics to the best of our ability and strive to deliver the highest quality fabric. However, due to the nature of custom digital printing, there are no refunds or returns unless fabric is flawed. Flaws under 1 inch that do not distract from the overall appearance or are 6 inches from the selvage will not be discounted. Inspect your fabric for flaws when they arrive and email within 7 days. Please include your order number and the print(s) affected. DO NOT WASH the fabric until you have measured and inspected the fabric. Once the fabric is washed the 7 day flaw policy is void. Washed/cut fabric cannot be returned. As with most fabrics, there is potential for shrink (5-10%) so please account for this. There are no discounts for shrinkage.

Sewing Classes:

As a small business, STINA SMITH unfortunately does not currently have the ability to offer refunds on purchased courses, and we hope you, as our customer, will understand this.

We greatly appreciate that you choose to purchase courses with us, and we are committed to providing you with the best and most educational experience possible during our courses.

 

Purchases of physical courses are non-refundable. All registrants will receive a confirmation email within a few days after registration, and a detailed email with all course information and payment instructions. Once the course is paid for, it is no longer possible to receive a refund. However, you are welcome to sell your spot, and Stina can assist with advertising it.

 

If the course needs to be postponed due to insufficient participants, illness, or other unforeseen events concerning the instructor, Stina, customers will be offered a similar course scheduled within a 6-month period from the original course date, or a gift card equivalent to the course fee, which can be used for a future course or other services such as private lessons, patterns, or fabric by the meter at STINA SMITH. Only if a course is canceled without a new date will the course fee be refunded.
